Muthu has just published a detailed monograph on the threading of charged linear polymers through molecule-diameter holes (i.e., polymer translocation). As the first book on charged-facilitated polymer transport, a field to which Muthukumar has contributed significantly, the book will serve as THE standard reference for a burgeoning field relevant to many biological processes as well as gene sequencing technologies.
