Emrick & Katsumata Groups publish in ACS App. Mater & Interfaces

A paper entitled, "Polarization-Driven Asymmetric Electronic Response of Monolayer Graphene to Polymer Zwitterions Probed from Both Sides," was recently published in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces by Nicholas Hight-Huf, Yehiel Nagar, Adi Levi, James Nicolas Pagaduan,* Avdhoot Datar, Reika Katsumata,* Todd Emrick,* Ashwin Ramasubramaniam, Doron Naveh, and Michael Barnes. A Fermi level shift from a local field effect in the absence of charge transfer was observed along with unusually strong electronic screening effects in monolayered graphene with zwitterionic phosphorylcholine polymers.
