Dr. Sanghi obtained her PhD in polymer science and engineering at UMass Amherst under the supervision of Prof. Bryan Coughlin, where she developed functional conductive polymeric materials for fuel cell and lithium-ion battery applications. Following her doctoral defense, she joined 3M Health Care and led cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize new medical products including a new Tegaderm™ wound care product. After three years, she then moved to California to pursue a master’s degree in business administration at Stanford University. After completing her MBA, she worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company before she joined Millennium where she currently works as a healthcare investor.
