Flexible ribbons, termed “mesoscale polymers” (MSPs), are employed as surface-active agents at the oil-water interface. By controlling the MSP surface chemistry, we impart control of MSP-droplet assembly architecture to include wrapping and droplets with pendent arms extended into solution.
