Program dedicated to exploring art and science
An interdisciplinary curriculum designed to encourage students, whether they are science- or art-inspired, to become future innovators in all career fields, whether as scientists, medical researchers, artists, inventors, teachers, or parents. K-12 Students participate in an age appropriate polymer materials program with both natural and synthetic polymers. Students utilize images from MRSEC research developed for the VISUAL program to explore both Art and Science. Program occurs at the student’s school with guidance from MRSEC Researchers.
